Itinerary

Day 1. Arrive and Welcome to Casablanca, Morocco
Arrive to Casablanca’s Mohammed V airport, we will greet you and transfer to your luxury hotel in the heart of the economic capital of Morocco. Rest of Day free at leisure. Overnight in Casablanca. Meals: -.

Day 2. Casablanca – Rabat – Chefchaouen

Buffet breakfast.
After breakfast, Visit the stunning Hassan II Mosque, which accommodates up to 25,000 worshipers; its minaret stands as the tallest religious structure in the world, which is open to non-Muslims. Then, travel to the Moorish city of Rabat, capital of Morocco, to visit the Mohammed II Mausoleum, dedicated to the founder of modern Morocco, father of the current king with its uncompleted minaret. After lunch, we will travel to Chefchaouen via the city of Ouazzan. Most of the drive will be over the foothills of the Rif Mountains before we arrive at the beautiful pearl of Morocco, Chefchaouen. Check in your hotel. Overnight in Chefchaouen. Meals: Breakfast and Lunch.

Day 3. Chefchaouen – Meknes – Fes

After breakfast,we leave Chefchaouen and cross the Rif mountains to arrive at the ancient Roman town – Unesco World Heritage Site- we will discover its mosaic floors, basilica, temple, and triumphal arch.Then continue to the Holy town of Moulay Driss (pilgrimage for Moroccans).
Meknes Medina. After Lunch in the town, we continue our journey to Meknes where you will explore, the huge gate of Mansour, the Granary, The Swani basin, the old medina with its souks and Landim square where you will relax in one of its cafes. In the late afternoon, will arrive to your luxury hotel in Fes. Overnight in Fes. Meals: Breakfast and Lunch.

Day 4. Fes Guided Tour

After breakfast, you will meet with a local English guide to Enjoy your city tour by visiting first the outside part of the Medina (Old city) including Royal Palace Gate, the Jewish Quarter “Mellah ” -dates to the 14th Century. You will also visit the ceramics Cooperative to see traditional Moroccan crafts. Afterwards, you will cover the most important sites inside the medina with a cultural and historical interest including the superb architectural masterpiece of Bou Inania Medersa, Blue gate, the Karaouine Mosque, The Big Chouara Tanneries, Medersa Seffarin where people work on metal and make beautiful (lamps, teapots) and other decorated architectural masterpieces like Attarin Medersa and the Neijare Fountain. In the afternoon, we will take you to the tombs of Mermaids to admire a beautiful panoramic view over the medina. Overnight in Fes. Meals: Breakfast and Lunch.

Day 5. Fes – Ifrane – Ziz Valley – Sahara Desert

After breakfast, we will travel through the middle Atlas Mountains. On the way, we will stop at Ifran, a small charming, clean town, known as” Switzerland of Morocco” because of its similarity to a Swiss alpine resort. We continue south passing through the largest cedar forest in north Africa and home to barbary monkeys, we will have a chance to take fascinating pictures and feed the monkeys.

After lunch in Midelt, we head south via Tallaght pass admiring the beautiful views and landscapes that nature offers us. We arrive at the region of Ziz valley where we will stop for a breathtaking panoramic view of these hidden oases filled with palm gloves.
We will arrive in the Sahara Desert where your camels are waiting for you. After a rest, accompanied with a guide you will ride the camels and cross the high dunes of Erg Chebbi desert, see a magnificent sunset on top of a high dune, then continue trekking to your luxury camp where you will sleep (tents like the nomads use). After dinner, you’ll enjoy berber music played by nomads around fire and under a starry sky. Overnight in Sahara Desert. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Day 6. Sahara Desert – Rissani – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley

After breakfast and sunrise, will drive to rissani market. We’ll leave the immense desert and travel to the city of Rissani, once a major stopping place for saharan-caravans route; if it coincides the day markets which take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays we will have an opportunity to visit the souk – the largest one in the region.

Todra Gorge We then continue our journey to Dades valley passing through villages such as, Millab, Tinjdad, Toroug to arrive later to Todra valley which is a green one surrounded by mud villages and mountains. Driving around 30 min we get to Todra gorges, a narrow vertical passage with vertical cliffs 300m high rising dramatically on each side, they are a popular destination for climbing lovers. Lunch in the town.
Dades Valley continues to Dades valley where you will see the fascinating rock formation known locally as “monkey’s fingers” as well as beautiful mud kasbahs. Overnight in a hotel overlooking the valley. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Day 7. Dades Valley –Ouarzazate – Ait ben Haddou – Marrakech

After breakfast, we continue our journey to Ouarzazate “Hollywood of Africa” with the biggest cinema studios in Morocco, then to the most famous, filmed and photographed kasbah of Ait Benhaddou – A Unesco World Heritage site – We’ll have free time to visit it and have lunch in the village. After we continue to Marrakech via high Atlas Mountains (2260 ), admiring the impressive mountainous views and special berber villages on the mountain’s sides. Arrive to Marrakech in the evening. Overnight in Marrakech. Meals: Breakfast and Lunch.

Day 8. Marrakech Guided Tour

After breakfast, you will start your city tour exploring Marrakesh ( the red city of Morocco ). The guide will ensure that you see the most important spots with historical and cultural interest including, The Bahia Palace, the Saadien tombs, Ben Youssef Koranic school as well as the largest traditional souk in Morocco. After lunch in one of the local restaurants near the main square, you can visit the Koutobia tower and the Majorelle gardens. Overnight in Marrakech. Meals: Breakfast and Lunch.

Day 9. Marrakech Day Trip to Essaouira

After breakfast, we will leave Marrakech heading to a fascinating Moroccan marvel, the city of Essaouira. On the way, will crossing the argane trees forest and spotting the iconic goats climbing the trees.Upon arrival to Essaouira, we will visit the fishing port of the city, the Skala Kasbah, which was a citadel in the times of war, the beautiful art galleries scattered around the Medina and its authentic streets. The city is famous for its fascinating Portuguese architecture and its incredible location on the Atlantic coast which made it one of the most impressive Morocco Tourist destinations, and a perfect location for the world n°1 Series, Game of Thrones. late afternoon back to Marrakech. Overnight in Marrakech. Meals: Breakfast and Lunch.

Day 10. Depart Marrakech
