★ Our dedicated staff, experienced in handling Disneyland admission tickets, will fully support you in English with all procedures up to admission.
As of 2023, admission to Disneyland Resort in California requires a reservation. To confirm your reservation, you will need to download the app to your smartphone, but we will provide comprehensive support up to and including your actual entry into the park.
If something happens to a group, there will be an additional charge, but we can rush to Disneyland, so I think travel agencies that handle this service can feel at ease.
With a 2-Day Park Ticket, you must visit the second park within 14 days of your first visit. Of course, it’s fine to visit on consecutive days.

We will visit several hotels around Downtown Los Angeles before heading to California Disneyland Resort.
09:00 Arrive at Disneyland Resort, Photo.
★ After arriving at Disneyland Resort, your guide will confirm your return pick-up time before leaving the park.
★ If you have a 2-Day Park Ticket, you can enter either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park on either day. If you have upgraded to a Hopper Pass, you can go back and forth between the two parks, but you can only enter in the order you decided on when you made your reservation (usually you can enter the second park after 1pm).
★ If you have been upgraded to a late-night pick-up, please double-check with your guide when you arrive in the morning just to be sure.
★ You will be free to do as you please within the parks and Downtown Disney.

Cancellation Provisions:
★ If you cancel 4 days or more before the tour, 100% will be charged (no refunds will be given).
★ If you cancel 5 days or more before the tour, we will refund the remaining amount minus 65%. In this case, the ticket must be returned to us unused.
★ If you cancel 30 days or more before the tour, 10% will be charged. In this case, the ticket must be returned to us unused.
